Christ Church Saint Peter’s Church
Welcome to the Internet home page for Christ Church and St. Peter’s Anglican churches in Mountsorrel, which are in the Deanery of Akeley East, the Archdeaconry of Loughborough, and this is part of the Diocese of Leicester.
In Mountsorrel we have two Anglican Churches, each with its own Parish and Parochial Church Council (PCC), but they share one incumbent Priest–in–Charge, which makes them a “United Benefice”.
Both of our churches are members of the East Akeley South Mission Partnership. There are ten churches in the partnership. To learn more please follow the link to https://sites.google.com/site/eastakeleysouthmp/
Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
John 3: 18 NIV
